- Perform welding operations on structural components using GMAW.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Assemble and fit parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes during all welding activities.
- Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

We are seeking skilled Structural Welders to join our team at C&J Equipment Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for welding structural components and ensuring the integrity and quality of our products.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of comparable project management experience in a manufacturing field required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of QA/QC practices
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and flow charts
- Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to support the process and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Manual Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and move safety equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
- Mobility: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting facility audits and navigating a busy manufacturing shop floor.
- Agility: Capability to climb ladders, reach, stoop, and kneel to inspect equipment and ensure compliance in various work areas.
- Environment: Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments (heat/cold) and around loud machinery while wearing full PPE.
