QUALITY CONTROL/WELD INSPECTOR

Inspect welds, parts, and assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards
Examine incoming materials and supplier parts for accuracy and defects
Verify compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements
Deliver clear, detailed inspection reports to drive continuous quality improvement
Partner with production teams to uphold and strengthen our commitment to safety and excellence

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on QA/QC inspection experience
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and flow charts
Strong knowledge of inspection practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Manual Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and move safety equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
Mobility: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting facility audits and navigating a busy manufacturing shop floor.
Agility: Capability to climb ladders, reach, stoop, and kneel to inspect equipment and ensure compliance in various work areas.
Environment: Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments (heat/cold) and around loud machinery while wearing full PPE.
