Project Manager

Coordinate all phases of project completion and deliverables; to include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, managing schedules, and monitoring the progress of simultaneous projects
Organize and support all aspects quality control to ensure the delivery of superior products and services
Direct the completion of orders within established timeframes, enforce work standards, and resolve task-related disputes
Review performance data to measure goal achievement and facilitate service improvements
Ensure all projects meet customer, company, and applicable safety and environmental standards
Analyze scope of work requirements and communicate priorities to subordinates and managers

Qualifications

5 or more years of comparable project management experience in a manufacturing field required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Strong working knowledge of QA/QC practices
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and flow charts
Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Ability to support the process and procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Manual Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and move safety equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently.
Mobility: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while conducting facility audits and navigating a busy manufacturing shop floor.
Agility: Capability to climb ladders, reach, stoop, and kneel to inspect equipment and ensure compliance in various work areas.
Environment: Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments (heat/cold) and around loud machinery while wearing full PPE.
